Today I had an appointment for an appraisal with Ricky A for a damage to my Audi TT hatch. I knew replacing my hatch was a good $3000k, So I asked Ricky if he could possibly flatten out perturbing skin and get it touched up with paint. SUCCESS!!. He was able to make it flat and ready to touch up with paint I asked how much I owe him, and he said it's on the house. So WOW!! He saved me a thousands of dollars if the area could not be smoothed out AMAZING customer service, best place I have found iRockledge and surrounding areas. THANKS SO MUCH Ricky!

Turned it in on Monday morning & had the front bumper repaired and passenger front rim replaced - all ready for pickup by Friday afternoon!
