Gerber serviced my car from a hit and run. I was very upset that this happened, and I knew that it would be a process to take care of. My insurance took care of finding a repair shop; Luckily, they chose Gerber. From the start, the General Manager, Jordan, called me to let me know they had received my car and the next steps. He also mentioned to me that they would follow up with me on the progress of repair. This team really did stick to their word. They called me for any update and before letting me go , they made sure I didn't have any questions. This was so awesome. Their service far exceeded my expectations. When I received my car back, it looked like nothing ever happened; even a little better. Thank you to this team for you service. Much appreciated.

These people were extremely kind to me. My husband was in the hospital and I had to take care of this accident myself. They helped me arrange for a rental and they kept the car as long as they said they would. The car looks like brand new. I am very pleased with their work.

I am a traveling nurse. I came out to Yuma from Upstate New York and needed to have some honest advice on repairs that my Toyota Highlander needed. I have had this vehicle for over nine years and have put over 208,000 miles on it. I will admit, I am not very car-savvy, and I really needed a shop who did not take advantage of a "single, naive woman". One of my fellow nurses suggested I try Gerber collision after I had gone to another garage who really had me stressed with all of the repairs that they "insisted" that I needed done. Gerber went over my car with a fine tooth comb, and took the other estimate and reduced the finds to a third of what was needed! They did the work so quickly and completely and explained to me everything before they did it. NOT ONLY THAT.... They GAVE me a rental car at NO CHARGE while they ... worked on my car! A few days ago, I went back to have them check on a couple of things that I was hearing and also have a cabin filter replaced. Again, they gave me a free rental car, and checked over everything again to sooth my nerves. I went to pay for the bill and was given a wonderful gift... "oh come on, Lisa, the filter was only 8 bucks and it was our pleasure to check out the car to be sure you will make it back to New York safely. You don't owe us a dime. Now go on and get out of here and have a great rest of the week!" What a wonderful place! I TOTALLY recommend Gerber for anyone, especially us with not a lot of car knowledge, to come and get fantastic customer service and peace of mind to know your vehicle will be safe and serviced perfectly! read more

I was met with professionalism first class from the beginning until the end of my experience at Gerber-Yuma. It is not pleasant to have an accident of any type so a person just wants to get beyond it. I feel at Gerber they made me comfortable and important as a customer. They took care of my problem with great expediency and did what they promised. Very refreshing these days! Thank you to Tom especially and the receptionist and to the driver that took me home. Jordan Consoni and the other employees of Gerber Collision in Yuma were very courteous , efficient and understanding. Jordan explained everything very well and he called me twice a week to give me updates on the progress of the repair work . He and his staff ensured that my car was safe, in excellent working condition, and spotless before I picked it up.
