Your Woodinville location has repaired two of my cars in the past month. In both cases they were prompt, curteous and efficient. The repairs look great and the cars came back clean and looking better than they did before the accidents. Your staff was also pro-active in providing photos for us to use in court on one of the accidents - couldn't ask for better support.

Hello. My wife scraped our very new car across a telephone pole, that just up from nowhere! Anyway, our insurance company recommended Gerber Collision in Woodinville WA. So since we've had no experience with collision repair, we went there. First we called Mazda to find out what we should ask etc. They said to make sure that we were going to get genuine Mazda parts for our '5' which we got. The people are so nice, and they stayed in touch with us every 2 days, got the car done in just about 4 days or so, and it was all cleaned up and the inside vacuumed. what a treat, especially being that we carry hay, and dogs in the back of this Mazda 5 and so, it's very messy!! Anyway, since this is why we bought it, it was such a treat to see it all cleaned up and beautifully done. You'd never know that, that pole jumped up, out of nowhere, and ... damaged the door and destroyed the mirror. If anyone out there needs body work, call Gerbers Collision..... Their on top of it and know their stuff. read more
