If I could rate my recent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass higher that a 5 star, I absolutely would! In my 40+ years of dealing with customer service-- especially with the auto repair industry, I have never received a better experience. I appreciated that USAA, Gerber, and Enterprise Rental all worked together to make it a seamless and effortless process for me. Anthony reached out to me shortly after I submitted my claim and scheduled my repair within a little over a week. When I dropped off my car and met both Anthony, and Logan, who did the repair, I knew I was in excellent hands. Anthony kept me informed daily with updates, and it was clear how much he cared, as he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the service. Our vehicle was in an auto accident with extensive rear end damage. Gerber was able to restore the vehicle in pre-accident condition. You would never notice it was in accident just by looking at the vehicle or driving it. We were kept in constant communication on the status and was completed in the time frame promised.

I am very impressed with the way my Jeep came back to me. The damage was handled very well. The agents in the office were very professional & answered all my questions. My Jeep was done 2 days before they said it would. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone I know who needs repairs done.

I hit a deer with my truck at 5:30 am and their was fluids leaking out the motor area. I was not sure if I could drive it to Gerber Collision in Plover, but I did get there. I called them as soon as they opened and they were very understanding. I contacted my insurance company and Gerber Collision worked together with them to get the job done. Thank you to Everyone!!!
