Fantastic experience all around. Junea at the desk was awesome. She is a fantastic communicator, and truly cares about customer experience. Seth and Ryan in Anderson, where my body work was done, communicated updates frequently. The job took a couple days longer than expected but that was not a problem because your team always had updates for me. Great job!! I hope I never do business with you again :). But, if any of my friends or coworkers need work, I will absolutely refer them to Gerber.

I went to Gerber Collision in Westfield, IN for an estimate for some minor damage. Robert looked at the damage, suggested trying to rub out as much as possible and then having a PDR guy look at the dent. He then proceeded to work on the issues which made a huge difference! He offered to still do an estimate but first I'm going to see if just the dent can be repaired. Considering I have one estimate that's over $3600, it's worth having just the dent looked at. He wouldn't take any money for his time or supplies. Plus he gave the name of a guy to call. So I can't speak to Gerber's actual damage repair but the customer service was excellent!
