Mike, Robert, and their team work tirelessly to not only complete a quality repair but also ensure good communication throughout the process. I was admittedly, not happy about having need of collision repair services and the down time it would create with a vehicle that I use to help earn a living, but Robert and Mike's efforts certainly made the process as painless as possible. A sincere thank you to the whole team at Westfield Gerber Collision.

Robert T was very communicative about the status of my vehicle repair and I really appreciated that. I know that due to supply chain disruptions it was going to take longer than usual, but he kept me informed and I was surprised that my car was finished sooner than I expected. And it looks amazing!

I chose Gerber because it was highly recommended by the Allstate agent as best in the area. I found them to be very thorough, extremely cordial and keeping me constantly advised on the progress of my repair. It was worth the wait for my appointment.
