Top notch company, from entering the building to leaving the building. Took my truck in to be repaired and Nicole was there to greet us at the front counter. She let Eric know we were there and got us set up with our rental. While she did that, Eric took me back and discussed the repairs my truck would be needing. By time Eric was done the rental was there and ready to go. Got the call my truck was done and again Nicole was there to greet us. She received the rental back and took care of the paper work and handed me my keys. Eric walked around my truck with me to make sure i was happy with the repairs. When i climbed into my truck, they had swept it out and even lubed my door hinges for me. VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I GOT FROM GERBER AND THEIR EMPLOYEES THERE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

They were very helpful with my car rental process. They emailed me with repair updates. They finished the repairs more that one week sooner. They were very nice and helpful with the repair process when I was in the office, since this was the first time that I have had a car repaired.

Gerber repaired body damage on my jeep. It looks flawless! I loved that I was given a link to check on the status of my jeep whenever I wanted and I was updated via text message and even a phone call from Jared explaining that they found further damage. They also finished several days earlier than projected. Jared was super helpful and detailed when he went over the damage/repairs/cost and made it as stress free as possible for me. Nicole at the front desk is amazing and took care of EVERYTHING including my rental with Enterprise. I didn't have to do a thing except pick the rental up and drop it off right there at Gerber! They even washed AND vacuumed out my jeep before I picked it up! I did not feel like another customer at Gerber, even when my business was finished with them. They took the time and care to make sure I felt like I was ... their number one priority and always will be in the future. read more
