I've worked with this store 3 times for different vehicles. I have always been impressed! Great customer service. And even when it was a huge 20k job with lots of complications they kept on going! My cars always look fabulous! I recommend them to anyone I know needing repair!

I was always kept informed of my car repair and I appreciated that. I dealt with Gary at Gerber Collision. He is an outstanding employee for your company. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family due to the outstanding service I received. My car repair looks like my car is new where it was damaged. I had a wonderful experience with Gerber in the repair of my VW Jetta following a collision. Their customer service was excellent! Gordy was very helpful and provided me with several updates during the process. They even called the rental car company so I would have a ride after dropping off my car! I received my car back repaired, cleaned and detailed inside too. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I've never been to an auto body shop that kept their customers informed as well as Gerber. Not only did I get emails indicating when my car would be ready but they actually called me to give me a verbal update. They completed the work on time, at the quoted cost, and left my vehicle washed and vacuumed! Stellar customer service!!

Five stars... Shane was very attentive from start to finish and the car looked great when I came to get it. What I was also impressed with was the inner "detail" work he had done on the interior of my van and I consider that to be going the "extra mile" in good customer service... I chose Gerber Collision & Glass because of the reviews that I read. They have well exceeded my expectations. I was given regular updates on the progress of my vehicle (which I am very pleased with) and the staff was VERY pleasent and helpful. This was the first time I have ever had to get my car repaired and Shane made it an easy experience.
