I was told it would take nearly two weeks to repair the damage. I brought my car in last Friday morning and got a call this afternoon it was repaired. It was one week instead of two, a perfcet case of underpromise and overproduce. That's alwyas nice.

Access to the location was easy; service provided was excellent. The representative was knowledgeable and courteous. Work was done in the time estimated and was done well. A failure of the insurance company to notify the location of specific coverage was quickly handled and favorably resolved when I picked up the car. My experience was great.

I had a run in with a bird hitting my car and knocking the front grill loose. Brought it in to Gerber and they promptly inspected by car, fixed the loose grill and didn't charge a dime! I will definitely come back and recommend them to my friends and family. They are very professional and straight up. Thank you!
