WA - 3441 Thorndyke Ave W, Seattle - 10/15/15

Fred Luckey used a suction cup to get a dent out of the side of my new car. He was so polite and helpful. He even gave me the card for someone who could get the remaining small dimple out. I didn't want to use my insurance and the person who hit my car didn't leave a number or anything. This is a great place to come for repairs. They do excellent work.

Overall, I was pleased with the service at Gerber. Gordy, the estimator, came through with updates when he said he would. The hardest part was waiting the extra 3 days for the finishing touches. The best part was having the car delivered on the promised day because I wasn't able to get in during their working hours.

I portion of my front bumper became dislodge from the frame due to catching on a wheelstop. I had duct taped it together in fear of it flying off on the freeway. I brought it into the shop hoping for a quick fix and Gerber (Fred) did NOT disappoint. Like an Orthopeadic Surgeon, he popped my bumper back into place and sent me on my way. Thank you Fred for your help. Very much appreciated.
