It was a pleasure to deal with this group of people. They were efficient and at the same time friendly, informative, respectful and eager to please. They kept in touch with me regarding the progress of the work . When work on the car was finished, it was washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside, and looked brand new like it did on the day I bought it.

John T., the General Manager, runs a friendly and efficient office. The whole experience is seamless, with all details being taken care of. Linda, the receptionist, was knowledgeable, and took care of my questions, all of the paperwork, dealing with the rental car firm, and leaving me voice mails updating the status of my car. She sets the standard for customer service. Repairing my vehicle was a pleasant experience.
