WA - 821 Central Ave S, Kent - 12/31/15

I was hit in a grocery store parking lot and found the Kent location as closest to my home. Riley, General Manager at this location took exceptional care of my repair from beginning to end and the entire staff showed great professionalism and customer service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this office and location to anyone I know because of their customer service.

After going to two previous places, I can say I had the best experience with Gerber. I was turned away from one place after a tree fell on my car because my car was too dirty for them to tell. I took it to gerber and they took pictures, washed the car and then took more pictures. They got my car in within two days and I had it back in 3. I would recommend them to anyone I know and would happily go there again.

The service I received at Gerber was excellent! I would highly recommend this company. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was offered transportation to and from the location. The service technician reviewed the repairs with me & discussed the method of repair. The repair cost was very reasonable. I will definitely contact Gerber if I have a need for these services in the future.
