My estimator, Jeff T. was very friendly, professional, and did a good job of showing me what needed to be done, how claims work, the expected wait time, etc. He was excellent at phone communications about my vehicle, and work done by the mechanics/ techs seems to be very good and thorough. Took car in on 21 December, with estimated completion date of 31 December. Was delighted when notified all repairs completed and auto ready on 23 December, especially as I was footing auto rental costs! Not only fixed, but washed and detailed inside...looked like it just came off dealer's floor. More than adequate progress reports by text messages to my semi-smart phone. Only problem: this old fossil never texts or checks for same...a telephone call would have been better! Keep in mind that elderly don't "live to play smart phone", we still talk to people.
