this was the 3rd time over the past 10 yrs. I've used Gerber for collision repairs. Their work has always been excellent & I was impressed with their customer service e.g. I received weekly phone calls to update me on the progress of repairs - then a final friendly call to tell me when I could pick up my car.

Very happy with the customer service I received with Gerber. Someone had rear ended me at a time in my life where things were very hectic. They gave me peace of mind, knowing that my car was going to be taken care of. They communicated frequently about the status of my car and explained the damage in terms I understood. I never felt like just another customer and I really appreciate all they did. Highly "Wreck-ommended"!

Had a great experience with Jeff and the rest of the team at Gerber. They had my car turned around quicker than expected, the repairs looked fantastic and they were willing to go the extra mile for me doing some touch up work and giving me the rest the paint they'd mixed up. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

A while back, I damaged my passenger side mirror and had it taped in place so it would not fall out. Of course, it was no longer operating properly and I finally decided to have it replaced. I called Gerber Collision and spoke with manager John who told me he would order a new mirror for me. I went to the shop today, 4/18/2017 and John looked at my existing mirror. He said he may be able to fix it. And he did. No replacement, no charge! John and the staff members are friendly and respectful, which I appreciate. You will too.
