Repair took longer than expected, but only because Gerber cared enough to not settle for a less than perfect part from Honda in fixing my bumper. I appreciate their persistence and am very satisfied with the work.

Hello, My name is Rachel, I was the victim of two car accidents in 2010. One was on my birthday and one right before Thanksgiving. I have a 2008 Hyundai that was restored to perfect condition on both occasions, the repair people really know their craft . Tyler, Donna, and Cammie were my lifesaver in this time of crisis. They had great customer service and such kindness towards me. I had a battle royal with both insurance companies if you would, and they held my car with no charge, until things were figured out. I have never felt so blessed with help in a situation such as this. I would highly recommend these people at this specific location for anyone who needs this type of help. I hope these people go far in the Gerber Company for their excellent customer service.
