TJ Holsworth at the Lynnwood, WA, branch was my customer care representative. He took very good care of me and the team did a great job on repair. In fact, TJ called me before the insurance agent to let me know that liability had been accepted, as well as arranged for my rental through Enterprise. Only once did he not call me when he said he would, but he made sure to let me know the options available to me for picking up my car. He also offered to stay later to wait if I wasn't too far away. I was also amazed with the detailing done to my car, as well as the offer to hand wash if I was unable. Being apartment dwellers, this is a HUGE benefit! Also, I was in and out each time I stopped by, and my convenience and schedule was always top priority, as well as safety when doing the repairs. Thank you for doing a great job!!!!

I was in a car accident. My insurance company directed me to Gerber Collision & Glass. I am glad they did. The staff was super friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The repair on my car was done well and in a timely manner. Gerber was a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of car or glass repair.
