Gerber was highly professional in all facets of my dealings with them. They continually called me to update me on the status of my car and did a very thorough job explaining exactly what they were repairing. Their customer service was excellent! Larry was very thorough in explaining exactly what would be done, and how my bill including COD work would be conducted, and how I would be bill. They were very prompt and punctual, getting my car done in four days when the other shops I consulted all required my car for at least a week. They will definitely be my choice to do any future work should I require any collision damage.

Gerber Collision in Bellevue was fantastic to work with. Staff is professional, repairs were correct and ahead of schedule, and they even called the rental car company to pick me up and pick up the rental when repairs were complete. Definitely ask for Larry, he's great.

I brought my vehicle in per USAA and they were right. They said I would have great service, and they were so absolutely right. I couldn't have had better service from anyone else, I don't think. These guys were awesome. They let me know daily at what stage they were in repairing the vehicle and they also completed the vehicle repairs befre schedule. Love Gerber and will definitely deal with Gerber again. Thank you guys.
