Gerber Collision in Redmond did a fantastic job on my car. It looks better than it did even before the collision. I am incredibly impressed. The staff at that store were all extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. I appreciate how they kept me up to date on the progress on the car. Our other car needs a little bit of body work and I'm definitely taking my car to that shop. I'll be sure to recommend this store in the future.

I WENT TO TWO OTHER REPAIR SWHOPS FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE REASON I CHOSE YOUR SHOP IWSNT JUST BECAUSEOF YOUR NREPUTATION FOR QUALITY WORK. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AND SAW MY ADVISOR SHORTLY THEREAFTER. THE REASON I CHOSE YOUR SHOP WAS BECAUSE OF JESSE. HIS CONCERN,COURTESY,KNOWLEDGE,HUMOR AWND GOOD ATTITUDE I FOUND REFRESHING. Gerber was incredibly on top of all my needs. Andrew kept me informed. and through Andrew I knew how thorogh a job was being done on my BMW. This was one of the nicest car care experiences ever. Andrew made sure that parts got ordered and special people called in to check BMW specific details. Andrew was as awesome as they come..... a great PR person for your company, that's for sure.
