My overall experience with Gerber in Lacey was excellent. Everyone was very upfront and curtiouse and kept me very imformed about the status us my truck throughout the entire process of getting it repaired. I believe Jessy was the name of the gentleman that assited throughout. Again my overall experience was excellent.

While Jesse was very friendly and helpful in keeping me up to date with a status, it just seemed as a repair such as the one I was getting could have been done in a more timely manner. I had a bumper repair that was done at another collision place that was done in 2 days. This repair took almost a full week. Again, Jesse was very helpful, and I have no negative comments about his customer service. The repair could have been completed sooner.

I had a incident with my car in a parking lot. Dented my back passenger panel and scratched an area above the bumper. They gave me a low estimate compared to a competitor and delivered the car a day early, Also provided me with transportation to my home. I am a widow and live alone it meant so much to me. Washed my car and vacumed the inside. I will recommend to Gerber to my friends.

this truly from my heart i have never work with a company ever like gerber collision where the customer service was beyond excellent they made me feel like i was working with family i had never felt comftable and at ease the whole time they had my car they deserve so much more then a thank you and a great job they all deserve a big big raise thats how the best service they had offer me...i will never forget them i will forever be thankful to have work with them i will be a forever customer and will tell everybody all over how great of a place it is to have gerber collision work on your car i was totally blessed...Thank you gerber family for everything god bless all of your great employees a experiece of a life time...
