Gerber was incredibly on top of all my needs. Andrew kept me informed. and through Andrew I knew how thorogh a job was being done on my BMW. This was one of the nicest car care experiences ever. Andrew made sure that parts got ordered and special people called in to check BMW specific details. Andrew was as awesome as they come..... a great PR person for your company, that's for sure. Gerber was extremely good about communicating with me vis-a-vis the repair timeline, the progress, and ETA of the repair's completion. I was very pleased with the service and would absolutely come back in the event I need auto body repair in the future. I would also highly recommend them to others.

My overall experience with Gerber in Lacey was excellent. Everyone was very upfront and curtiouse and kept me very imformed about the status us my truck throughout the entire process of getting it repaired. I believe Jessy was the name of the gentleman that assited throughout. Again my overall experience was excellent.
