Everything went smoothly, and the van turned out fantastic. The guys at the shop were friendly and told me exactly what to expect as far as when to bring in the car, how long the parts would take to come in, and when the car would be finished. They offered to give me updates a couple times a week, and since I was on vacation for a week they left voicemails that I could listen to when I was done. The van was ready before I returned, and I didn't have any problems picking it up a few days later. I would recommend Gerber on Rainier to any of my friends and family, and I would bring my personal vehicle here for repair if I needed to! Thanks!
