This is my third trip to Gerber. I had a pleasant experience with Dez Spearman and company. They were friendly, competent and responsive to my requests. My car(Honda CRV) looks terrific! I am quite pleased with the service of all the individuals and the work on the my car! Mr. Spearman is to be commended for the excellent management of this shop.

Just two months after a repair on my vehicle, my wife got rear ended. The insurance wanted me to take it to a shop i wasn't familiar with. Since I had such a great experiance previously, I insisted it go to gerber. Once again Jesse went above and beyond. I will always bring my vehicles back here and will highly recomend them. When I was in a wreck my first thought was "now I have to deal with insurance and body shop." I have had experiences with body shops in the past and they've always been negative. Gerber Collision is by far the best body shop I have ever experienced. From the day they took my vehicle in I was amazed with the customer service and the amazing work done to my vehicle. The General Manager Reno was consistently updating me on my vehicle's progress and would go out of his way to answer all questions. It truely felt that Gerber cared about me as a customer. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone!
