The service was done as expected. It did take an extra day due to waiting for the mudflap part which was unfortunate since the rest of the car was done in three days but Riley kept me informed of the progress at each point and let me know when it was ready to go. We went over the car together and found one small spot where it needed a dab touchup. She went back to the shop and made that happen for me as well. i am satisfied with my experience.

They were very helpful and knowledgable throughout the whole process. Called us notifying us of updates on how the repair was going and finished it in a reasonable amount of time. overall very good experience with the company.

Excellent. Everything, just excellent. The customer service was great, my truck looks as if nothing ever happened and it was repaired in half the time I thought it would be. 10 out of 10!

This is the second car this month I've brought in to have Gerber repair. Just like last time, everything was great. The repairs were done quickly and looked great, and the service was top notch. I had to work the day the car was done and my wife had no way to get to her car... So they delivered it to her!!! very impressed.

They kept me informed with the progress of repairs. They did an excellent job! they even replaced my door emblem and touched up vmy front bumper. The most impressive part was being kept informed. I got a phone call every couple of days and never had to wonder what was going on

We were pleasantly suprised with how easy Gerber made this whole process. Riley kept in constant contact throughout the repairs so we were always aware of the status on our truck...Which now looks like new. We woulddefinitely recommend!

I would highly recomend these guys. Riley stayed late on the day I was to pick up because I was stuck in traffic, how nice. Riley kept me updated and that's really important.
