Outstanding customer service. The repair work was excellent so far and the time it took to initiate the repair was sufficient. The duration of the repair was on time and it did not hinder and there was no prolonged wait. The status update received was outstanding in regards to when and how the vehicle was doing. Overall, I would recommend this company to conduct repairs on any vehicles and I would continue to use this company for any collision repairs.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you so much for everything you did to fix my car during my vacation. I got home from Idaho around 3pm, dropped the rental at Enterprise and picked up my car from your parking lot. It looks great and I was so happy to have it finished. I apologize for the lack of communication. I was literally in the mountains of Elk Butte in Elk River, Idaho....no cell service, no internet. I actually encountered a bear on a hike with my 74 year old step mom. I fought it off with a stick and it even got up on its hind legs....SO SCARY! My hand is bruised from squeezing the stick so tightly and my voice is hoarse from screaming at the bear. I can't believe it happened, but it's been quite a crazy week for me!
