I've been very pleased with my experience with the people at Gerber Collision in Lacey. The two people I dealt with, Andrew and Riley, were very helpful and pleasant. During the time my car was in the shop I was able to speak with both of them several times, as they offered updates and patiently and kindly answered all the questions I could come up with. They went above and beyond when compared to my experiences I have had with previous collision repair businesses in the past.

When my insurance first gave me a list of repair shops to have my new car taken to I had no idea which one to pick. I chose Gerber and am very happy with my choice. My car ended up being totaled by insurance but the service I received during that process was excellent. Just excellent. The staff was very personable and helpful. Riley still kept in touch with me so I always knew what was happening with my car. If I ever need repairs done I would definately choose Gerber!

Riley, Just wanted to thank you for your efforts in making a distressing situation go smoothly! Your willingness to stay late so we could pick up our car when we got held up in traffic last week was very kind. Every contact with you has been professional and pleasant. The work done by Gerber was excellent and I did not get his name but the gentleman that put on my trim this evening and looked at the engine lights issue was also very helpful. David and I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone that finds themselves in need of body repair. Hopefully, it won't be us again for a while!
