I was kept informed twice a week about the progress of my car getting repaired. I am very happy I brought my car here to get painted. I would recmmened Gerber Collision for anybody who needs work to be done.They had my car done as promise on time like they told me when I brought my car in.

The service we received from Gerber Collision in Lacey, WA was excellent!!! From the time that USAA set us up with an estimate to the time that we got our car back, we received very courteous, professional service from Kirk and Ms. Riley. I was given a no BS assessment of the damage and was kept up to date with the repairs on almost a daily basis until delivery of vehicle. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely come back or recommend a friend.

Working with Riley was great. When we started she said she would check-in every Tuesday and Thursday and she did just that. When more information was needed, she would check with the mechanics and get right back to me. Never did I feel uncertain about what step we were at and where we were going. I'd have no hesitation at all taking another vehicle there.
