I've been to Gerber Collision twice recently due to two unfortunate incidents. Gerber's staff was friendly and helpful. They are quick and the work is great! They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle and are very organized. They have great working relationships with the insurance companies and the process is smooth. I would gladly request Gerber if I am ever in need of auto work again. I highly recommend them.

My 2008 Ford F150 was broken into with noticable damage done to the driver side door. Upon completion of the work my door looks great, with no sign of any damage. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who needs body work.

Andrew and Riley were awesome! I drove an hour and a half from north seattle because it was reccomended I come to this particular shop. It was very worth it. They gave me an upgraded rental for my time and treated me great. I really appreciate the work that they did on my car as well you cant tell it was ever injured in the first place. if ever, though hopefully not, that I get into an accident again I will be right back here. Thanks you guys!

I'd like to take the time out to thank Summer, and Tyler for the customer service they provided me. I'm very big on customer service due to my experience as a manager in retail so it's very important to me that they receive good customer service feedback. Not only did they take care of my car, but they took care of me as well, and treated me as if i were a friend to the company. Thank you Tyler, and Summer.. I've been very pleased with my experience with the people at Gerber Collision in Lacey. The two people I dealt with, Andrew and Riley, were very helpful and pleasant. During the time my car was in the shop I was able to speak with both of them several times, as they offered updates and patiently and kindly answered all the questions I could come up with. They went above and beyond when compared to my experiences I have had with previous collision repair businesses in the past.
