Overall I had a great experience working with Gerber Collision. They did a great job of staying in constant communication with me about my car. Krystyna, Zak did a great job of paying attention to the small details and treating my car like her own. Again they did a great job of repairing the damage and made sure the car was done and cleaned before the deadline by 4 days. Overall just a great experience and great workers.

The people at Gerber were all very helpful and kind! The thing that I appreciated the most was how they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle! I'd be happy to have them again work on my car again...though I hope I don't need to! ??

I am in awe with the the whole process from dropping the car off until it was finished 48 hours later. I was updated continually on the progress by text and calls. They tied in with Enterprise Rentals so I didn't have to arrange that. But most importantly, the repair on my 2016 Mazda 3 Grand Touring in Soul Red appears to be new again after being rear ended by a motor home. Two days? All genuine Mazda parts? I will be talking them up for some time.

My car had extensive damage to right side due to car vs deer collision. I picked up the car 9-20-2018 and the car appeared as if it had never had any damage. The inside had been wiped down and vacuumed. Great work! Pictures and recommendation posted on Facebook.

I live in Coeur d'Alene, ID so I took my Honda CRV to the Gerber's near my home. They were 2 weeks before they could even look at it. Fortunately they are a national company and said that they could call the other Gerber's in Spokane, WA to see if they could fit me in sooner. One day later I get a call from Michael from the Spokane Gerber's and he had it in for evaluation and getting all the parts needed for the repair. Michael called me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update. When my car was ready Michael drove my car to my home. My little Honda looked brand new! However it had a slight shutter at slow speed. Without any hesitation Michael took it back and resolved the issue. The battery needed replaced from the impact, but some software codes needed reset. As I drove home from a late-night trip to Ikea last month, the driver behind me struck my car and it was totaled. My car was towed to Gerber ... with all the Ikea furniture still in the trunk! Because I had to leave town the next day, I couldn't retrieve my belongings from Gerber before the car was removed. I called and explained the situation to Tanya and she was extremely helpful. She took all the furniture out of the car, neatly boxed everything up, and labeled the boxes with my name. It was all there waiting for me when I arrived back in town. Thank you Tanya for saving me a lot of trouble!
