At first the communication was shaky. There was a problem with Farmers getting the documentation to Gerber. After 1 month it was figured out. Service was great after all was said and done.

Customer service was very good and responsive. Whenever I called with questions, they were answered right away. Upon looking at the car, it appears to be back to form prior to the wreck. Overall, I am happy with the service provided.
