The people at Gerber have been very pleasant and easy to work with, Their relationship with my insurance company simplified the paperwork. I also appreciated the rental car being delivered to the shop, so there was no delay.

This couldn't have been easier from my perspective. I was rear ended on the freeway. Called the insurance, they called Gerber. I showed up and they called me by name. They knew about my car and had a plan of attack. They ordered the parts right away. Called to set up my rental car. I was in like Flynn. As they fixed my car I got updates on my cell phone, they sent me a text and then called. Traded in the rental and drove away. Easy as pie. Gerber Rockes!!! Exceptionally nice people who have definitely earned my repeat business should I need it!
