Initially the service was not great. The individual that did the initial estimate did not provide a full report and I was called and asked to do anothe estimate. Luckly, Riley took care of the situation. She had me bring the car in to start the repairs and do the estimate. She text pictures to me during the week to keep me updated on my car. She was great and I appreciate her help. My car was ready a week earlier than I thought. Thank you

Richard provided absolutely outstanding service. In fact, I would rate this as one of the best customer service experiences that I can remember - from any service provider. Service was prompt with virtually no wait time; estimate was reasonable. And the end result: flawless!! I was blown away. On top of it, he went ahead and did some other touch-ups at no charge. Good old fashioned service like this is hard to find. It (almost) makes me look forward to my next fender bender. :-)

Rich did a fantastic job keeping me apprised of the status of my insurance claim as well as the steps and timeline for repairing/repairing my car. My car had front left bumper damage from being hit by another party. Jimmy La was fabulous. Our car was done in less than 24 hours. He made sure to get our car in right away since we had to get a rental. By him getting our car done quickly we saved a lot of money plus we got back $60 since we could turn in our rental so early.
