Great Service; Excellence Service. Summers (the estimator) did a fantastic job explaining the process to me. She answered all of my questions and commented on my concerns. Shannon went above and beyond the expected customer service; I especially like the Tuesday and Thursday morning updates because it kept my abreast of the status of the vehicles without me having to call in. I will definitely recommend Gerber Marysville to my friends and family. I will also use Gerber Marysville for other work to my other vehicles.
