Jessica was extremely fast, accurate and helpful. She made sure the rental car was available to pick me up as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. She also ensured that all of the paperwork was complete thru my insurance company without any need for my intervention. The repair was fast and flawless. Jessica made sure that I was satisfied with my new tail light. I had a wonderful experience, considering the circumstances. I was completely satisfied by the end of the process. They were fast, friendly and very professional.

"My first impression with Gerber Collision was a little discouraging, it was taking longer then anticipated and the only updates I received where telling me about how "happy" my car was.... After the initial work was complete I was able to meet Jason and had a few interactions with him. Through the experience of personal interactions with Jason and seeing his core drive in desiring to serve customers my initial negative opinion of Gerber Collision was reversed. I am happy with the service I received and look forward to a continued business relationship with Jason."
