I was very satisfied with the service that Gerber collision provided to me. The car looks like new. I like the lifetime warranty offered for repairs. The extension was not expected but it did not cause any harm to me. Very happy with repairs at this point.

I had great customer service, Ron did A GREAT JOB giving me an estimate and told me everything with no hidden fee or traps, Jimmy followed up with me as well on email and broke it down in terms anyone would be able to understand. the results were great and my car was cleaner then before, great job on body work, my dad has came here before in the past and loved it and i will come back, lastly i liked the washing on the cash i got at the end and they asked if i wanted it re washed, Ron and jimmy are great

Gerber were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was extremely friendly, updates were timely (they even texted me with info about my progress and completion time), the office was clean and comfortable, and they go the extra mile. They even fully detailed my car and provided me with a little oil top off because I was a few quarts low even though I was only in for minor fender work. They worked closely with my insurance so I had very little to do, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, timely, quality repair job.

Jessica was extremely fast, accurate and helpful. She made sure the rental car was available to pick me up as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. She also ensured that all of the paperwork was complete thru my insurance company without any need for my intervention. The repair was fast and flawless. Jessica made sure that I was satisfied with my new tail light. I had a wonderful experience, considering the circumstances. I was completely satisfied by the end of the process. They were fast, friendly and very professional.
