Eric Kincade the Manager at the Everett WA store on evergreen way kept me informed and assured me from the beginning the work performed at Gerber is far superior to his competitors and he would prove it to me when I pick up the dodge. Overall a great job. Minor damage, took a bit longer then expected, but the result is outstanding. The vehicle was also cleaned, inside and out, and looked perfect at pickup. Staff friendly and accommodating. Gerber was recommended by our insurance company, who took $100 off our deductible of $250, since we used them as recommended!
