In a event where someone had hit my car, I had to get it fixed. I went to other shops, and they all told me I could'nt get my car in for atleast 3 weeks to a month. That to me pretty much said they didnt want my business. My State Farm Agent pointed me to Gerber. She refered me because they did a great job on her paint. I called gerber and explained what was going on. They told me to bring it in for a estimate as soon as I could. Brought it in Saturday morning, got the quote. And They felt that my hood was way too much of a safety issue to be driving. I told them I didnt have the coverage for a rental and I had plans through out the morning. I needed a car. They got me into a rental car, on their dime for the day. Not many companys will do this. I felt they put 110% into me as a customer. I heard back from them on Monday afternoon about ... the car. They said they would have it done by Tuesday afternoon. I was greatful that my car was able to be fixed within 3 days. Most shops estimated a week or more. They did a great job. I also had some after marklet things installed that they did a very good job on. At very low cost to me. They went above and beyond for me. And I will refer people to this shop. I delt with Summer, who is great at her job. She has great customer service and I will be returning if I need anything else in the future. read more

I had a hit and run to my SUV and my insurance company said take it to Gerber Collision in Burlington Washington. I could not of ask for any better service they treated me like so good and answered all my questions and explained ever thing to me. I do not understand all the repair terms but they told me in the repairs so I could understand it. You have very good people working for you, this company should be very proud of there service. I am for sure letting my friends know about this service. I will have no fear to use them again. Job well done. The rating I would give them is 10+. Thank you so much.
