I sadly and very unexpectedly won a game of tag with a deer recently although won is a relative term. The damage to the right-front quarter of my Sorento was significant but without airbags deploying. The team at Gerber in Redmond kept me informed of the repair progress from day 1 through day 54 at intervals that were just right. I felt like they cared about the fact that I didn't have my car which may sound trivial but it made an impression on me. The length of the repair was affected by covid not the complexity and is totally understandable. The itemized parts list is appreciated and also the significant use of OEM parts is also appreciated. Although I hope to never need their services again I highly recommend the team at Gerber in Redmond!

Tina has been wonderful helping me through this whole ordeal with getting my truck repaired, flawlessly handling the insurance agency and coordinating mechanical repairs at the same time. Cody has a good heart and listens to your worries and concerns while taking them to heart to make sure you are taken care off. Cody has been very communicative with me about the progress of the repairs. The mechanic that preformed the work has done a beautiful job with the repairs where it looks more then just brand new again. After the repairs were done Gerber washed inside the truck and outside the truck and I could not of chosen anywhere by here and I will always return here for any repairs and this team will always be recommended by me to anyone. Safeco has been nothing but unhelpful towards me with getting my truck repaired and then decided to give ... me a rear wheel drive muscle car in the middle of winter instead of anything remotely comparable to my 4WD truck that their driver caused the accident and wrecked in the first place. If I ever thought about switching insurances Safeco would NOT be any choice I would make or recommend. read more

We are very pleased with the repairs on our Honda CRV and with the customer service. The color of our car was difficult to match but they did a great job and Lilly was a huge help in keeping us updated about the repairs. We got the car back two days sooner than expected and would definitely recommend this Gerber shop to anyone.
