Mikayla greeted us and answered our questions and put us at ease. She has a wonderful smile and makes a great first impression. Felipe took us out to our car and went over the damage with us. He also brought our vaccuummed, clean car to us and went over all the paperwork when it was finished. He gave us updates throughout the process which was very reassuring. Bill did an excellent job taking our information and working up the estimate for USAA. We are grateful for the warranty. The car drives beautifully! Steering is nice and tight. The wheel refurbishments are incredible! Also, we know you folks are working short-handed, and parts are difficult to get quickly these days, but our car was completed a week ahead of the estimated time! This was the very best experience possible!!! I NEVER had a collision and I was very concerned about the whole process. It could not have gone any better! I was constantly kept apprised of the status of my repairs. Everything was explained to me and everything happened exactly according to plans. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and informative! It's hard to say that having major car body repairs done was a good experience, but it really was! Thank you!

This place is impressive. Sherry, my first contact has an above normal attitude. She was by far the most friendly, helpful, sweetest person I've had to deal with in a very long time. She made me feel as if I was family. We even talked a lot about family. Showed pictures of my 90 year old Dad, and she had nothing but kind words about him. Always happy to hear from me when I'd call her about anything. She even knew how to drive my stick shift vehicle. She's very knowledgeable on the damages I had and gave me a great feeling on leaving my pride and joy pickup with her. I don't want to see her again about any accident, but I will truly miss her kindness she showed me. If my name was to be drawn, I would give it to Sherry, in appreciation. Chad , the manager was helpful and very personable. I'd 100 % recommend this location to anyone needing ... help. Thanks to the Gerber collision shop for taking the extra efforts to assist me. The service was amazing for such a unfortunate accident. The employees were very responsive and timely repairing my car. All my repairs made my car look like nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend Gerber but especially this location for any body repairs.
