I don't normally post public reviews (especially unsolicited), but this shop deserves it without a doubt. Best body shop I've ever worked with. Robert, Liz, Gabby, Zack, Aspen, and all the shop guys are true professionals, and some of the nicest people you can find these days. Great customer service, pristine workmanship, fast turnaround, I really can't say enough. Just go here, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Gerber!

Rear bumper damaged while stopped. All staff were pleasant and very efficient. Bumper was repaired sooner than I had anticipated. Final work was better than expected but, there was a minor item I asked to be looked at. They did it immediately and I was happy. Good people

I'm giving five stars for the service that I got from Denise and there was one other young lady up there and I can't remember her name for the life of a real sweet lady both of them real nice good people and I'll just be honest because of those two, I've told friends of mine cause you know we have race cars, and all that stuff too. You know so if they ever need auto body, always telling you, you go over there. Talk to talk to those guys at Gerber just cause you guys have been really good to me help me out been patient the lawyers and all the Insurance crap you know you guys have been super cool super supportive and Miss Denise went out of her way on her time off to help me out so huge kudos to Miss Denise. I don't know who who her boss is or what her bosses name is, but I really hope he is aware of the sacrifices that your employees make ... to make your customers happy and give you good reviews. I hope you know how valuable she truly is speaking from experience a 20 year army veteran senior NCO I've counsel soldiers and done a lot of things with soldiers and you see him come when you see him go you see the good one you see the bad ones you know so you kinda know people pretty good after doing all that so what I'm saying is Miss Denise for sure for sure needs a raise cause she's been like above and beyond over achieving to make sure that she helped me and everything was good to go and think of it is I know it's not just me because I was in there that day and I heard her talking to other people and she was bending over backwards for other people too so it's not just me you know which I wish I could say that cause it would make me feel pretty special but lol she deserves either some paid time off vacation paid something. Let her know you appreciate it cause she more than deserves it that I can promise you so thank you again to everybody there that's helped me out you're the best ever. God bless you take care of those two ladies upfront please cause they more than more than deserve it. You know if if I was in their shoes, I would expect it. I'll just say that you know they really you know they're just really great people. They didn't expect anything special from anybody. They just went in. There did their job to the best of their ability and their best of their abilities is quite awesome. By the way so I just I appreciate them. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism. You know they're their skill set on what they do on a daily basis is unparalleled unparalleled I've never seen anybody. I've been in the car business for a while too, and I've never seen anybody so outgoing, you know, indulgent in their job to make sure that things were done right for everybody so God bless him their angels in your in your in your shop that's for sure and I hope to God you take really good care of them and Miss. I took my 92 year old Mother In Laws 2008 Nissan Maxima in to see if they could fasten the bumper back. She had swiped the side of a building and had popped the right front bumper completely out of place. We did not want to file on the insurance. I worked with Michael and he told me they could fix it. He took the car and in like 10 mins. he pulled it up fixed! I asked him what I owed and he said not to worry about just do a review, so that's what I'm doing. If I ever need any body work done on any of my vehicles I will go there. Great customer relations!

Took my 92 year old Mother in laws car there. She had damaged the right front corner of her Nissan Maxima. The clips were gone that held the bumper in place. The side was popped out and we did not want to file the insurance. I asked if they could just fasten it back where it would be secure. I worked with Micheal and he said they could do it and would just charge me for a little labor. About 10 mins. later he brought the car up and they had fixed everything. When I asked what I owe him he said don't worry about it and did not charge me a dime! This is an example of building relationships with customers. If I ever need any body work I will go here.

The people at Gerber Collision & Glass were not only professional, but exhibited qualities that appear rare these days-- integrity, honesty, and caring. They were not only willing to do the body services that were requested and provide an honest estimate, but went above and beyond to assist when dealing with (much) less than professional people from another business. I strongly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass!

Solid customer service from the front desk to technicians. Everyone was professional, informative, and friendly. Updates were timely and the work done on my vehicle - factory -spec finish, seamless panel alignment, flawless color match, structurally sound, and all safety systems calibrated.

Truck looks like new on the repair & very happy with the staff. The estimator (Sabrina) and insurance representative (Ashley) were very nice and easy to deal with. Would have given a 5 rating with a little more attention to details. No one cleaned the turkey feathers off of my radiator so now I will have to figure out how to do that now without removing the grill again. Also, the drivers door handle was dirty and the Window was left down on the drivers side door allowing dust in the truck.. I hope they paid more attention to the details while repairing the damage, I would've given them a five if they had paid better attention to details.
