I had an accident and USAA recommended GERBER to me. All of the staff and workmanship is 5 stars! Valerie at the desk helped coordinate my visit and was very patient, knowledgeable and so kind!! Jay, my advisor went above and beyond helping me. There was another gentleman that saw me transferring a wheelchair from my rental and saw me out the window, left the group he was with and came outside and lifted the wheelchair back into my car. The service they provide is excellent and the work they did was wonderful, professional and like I said, above and beyond! This company really knows how to treat their customers. They have a very clean, comfortable waiting area. Everyone I had contact with was focused on my experience, something that is lacking in many businesses. You could tell they knew their job back and forwards and enjoyed working ... there. They guarantee the work they did and even washed my car. I would absolutely recommend them. This was my first time to use Gerber collision and glass . I had a small finder binder & my vehicle needed some repairs & a new paint job. They crew at this location were all professional and it was displayed in the employees concern for the repairs being done properly and the office staff employees handling the financial end. I will refer any family or friends to contact this office should they ever need repairs done to their vehicles. It was a pleasure to deal with this shop. The paint job is beautiful. Could not ask for better service.

Love love love them. This is my first time ever going and I loved every second of it. They are all very nice from the front desk to the back of the shop. They give you updates and also will call and help you have a better understanding. If I ever need anything like this again I will not hesitate to call them. They even work on foreign vehicles.
