From the moment I walked in until I walked out with my shiny repaired and clean car, I was so impressed with how friendly Ivey at the front desk and Tiffany my estimator are. I was told my car would be fixed in 3-5 days and on day 2, I got the call to come pick it up. They are so professional and make you feel welcome. The shop was very clean and comfortable. They did awesome work the first time I had my car hit in a hit and run! The details of my car were awesome! You couldn't even tell my car was hit! Came back for my minor collision because they did an awesome job! Highly recommend ????????

I purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Taos SEL in July (for my birthday.) Sadly a few weeks after, I got caught in a hailstorm on my way home from work. I took my car into Gerber to repair/eliminate the hail damage. I'm VERY proud to say the guys at the I-27 Gerber shop in my city did an absolute OUTSTANDING job with my vehicle. There is NO traces of hail damage! It's almost as if that hailstorm never happened. And the OUTSTANDING customer service is another definite plus. Thank you soooo much guys!!!!

I have never had such a great experience with a body shop as this fantastic place. Got caught in a hailstorm which was pretty hard on my car. Called my insurance, they told me to take it to Gerber, got an estimate the same day. Took my car in on Tuesday and picked it up on Friday at 5:00 p.m. My car looked brand new. Angelicia was the estimator, and she was so professional and kind and explained everything to me in easy-to-understand language. I will tell everyone about my experience with this company and will go there again if their services are needed. Great job!!!
