My daughter was bumped from behind and her sensors were knocked into the bumper. The other driver left without giving any information. I took the car to Gerber for an estimate in hopes that it wouldn't be too expensive. I was greeted by Ronnie. He took time out to look at the car, asked questions for clarification and then offered to fix the sensors Monday morning. Ronnie's customer service is unmatched. I had questions and he took time to answer making sure I understood. I highly recommend Gerber collision. Professional, great communication, friendly and very knowledgeable of the industry.

The body work that was done and the paint job both look great. Zach C was our estimator and he delivered as promised. He gave good detail on what would be done, and it was done in a timely manner. We were having a challenge getting over to pick the car up before our vacation, but he offered to deliver it and he did so with a smile...great service! Also, the receptionist Lexi was very friendly.

Just got my Toyota Tacoma back today. Had bad hail damage. I didn't think it would ever be the same. They cut the roof off and replaced. They replaced the hood. Replaced the bed cover. The windshield had to come out and so did the back glass. Painted the replaced parts and the front fenders. After all that it looks better than I could've hoped for. It looks like new. Thank you Brian, Orlando, and Penny. Y'all did a great job.

Wow! Service couldn't have been better or quicker. Gerber got my car door replaced in one week. Laura, my service advisor, was very friendly & helpful. They cleaned my car til it sparkled & it runs just as well as ever. I would recommend them to any & everyone.

My husband and I have had an issue with a part on our van for weeks that we simply couldn't resolve on our own. On a Friday afternoon, when we knew the shop was trying to end a very long week, we took the chance to stop in to see if we could get some help. C.J. immediately assisted us and within minutes, we were on our way with our issue solved. This was extremely important to us as my husband is a catastrophically injured veteran from a military accident and my son was born with a disability and cannot walk. Both are confined to wheelchairs and our van is our only vehicle. This act of kindness took a huge amount of stress off of us. We cannot thank C.J. enough for his help and will definitely return! It was refreshing to experience such great service and such a kind soul. Thank you again, C.J.
