The time factor was a lot less than I expected in getting the job done looking like it was Brand New again. God truly answered my prayers from start to finish. I absolutely recommend this facility for your car. I have to add in closing my experience with an awesome young lady named BriAnna S. was the icing on the cake..Her professionalism, her sweet spirit and her genuine care and concern adds much to Gerber's business and reputation. Just an overall Great Experience.....

These fine folks IMPECCABLY repaired my car after a deer strike.....I guess it's been about a month or so ago. Today, I walked in their door with a problem and a sheepish grin. It was a headlight issue. Now. I use pronouns because Im TERRIBLE with names.....as I explain to the lady up front what my issue is, the gent who wrote the repair estimate (and who probably did the work) overheard and essentially said, "let's see what's going on. I showed him the problem (bad bulb). He grabs a new one, replaced it and now I have all the lights I'm supposed to have. I asked, "Breakfast or a beer?" He said, "Nothing. Those bulbs SHOULD work when they're new." Gerber made things right.

The staff was kind and professional. They maintained contact throughout the restoration process. The repairs were completed one day sooner than projected. I'm quite pleased with the repairs. Additionally they washed my car when repairs were completed. I would readily recommend Gerber's Glass and Collision.

Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the guy but this place is truly 5 star. They were fixing my car after an attempted car theft (the second one) and the last insurance company from the first attempted theft didn't pay to get the window tinted so he went out of his way and tinted that window without me even asking. Also I had a blown bulb (that literally no one could figure out) that caused a light to be on and he fixed that also. They even vacuumed out my car. Seriously I found my mechanic. Moving forward I will only use this place for all of my mechanical needs.

After a last minute change from a different repair shop, Gerber was able to get me in same day and had my car fixed within a week and a half. The service and communication were great and my car was well taken care of. They handled everything with insurance and what could have been a stressful experience was stress-free. I'm glad I switched over to Gerber and they'll be my repair shop going forward.

I am restoring a motorcycle and needed a couple of parts painted. I went to one body shop that wouldn't help me at all. The manager at Gerber helped my right away, great, fast service, and can't beat the price. I will definitely use them again and refer anyone that I know due to there desire to help.

I put a dent in my auto from something pushing me into the tail gate of my GMC Acadia. The repair work was exceptional. The staff is top notch, very respectful and courteous. The repair work was completed on schedule with no issues. I definitely recommend them for futher repairs.

Derek was fantastic! He kept us informed during our repair of the side of our vehicle. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. He walked us through the process and supported us through our rental process as well. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get glass repaired or collison repair!
