I knocked out one of my censors in the front of my truck. Took it to Gerber and (I ONLY deal with top management) Spoke with Jeff the General Manager (whom I followed from another company) and he had my truck fixed in 2 days flat. It needed parts ordered and painting. He was honest with me and didnt try to upcharge or up sell anything! I will NEVER go anywhere else or trust anyone else other than Jeff to work on the body of my truck. He ensures that it is RIGHT the first time! Awesome staff too....very friendly and helpful! Only way I leave Gerber is if Jeff leaves. I think that says alot about the company and HIS character!

The day before Thanksgiving a large buck blindsided me on Barfield Rd. caved in the bedside on my Nissan Frontier shook it off and ran away. I met with Jeff D. at the west Murfreesboro location, he took good great care of me. My contact there was Brianna S. , she also was super helpful. Exceptional service. Told me it would be at least 2 weeks, to disassemble, complete repairs, and reassemble. They completed repairs and paint in 6 business days! Washed and detailed our car, it looks better than when we bought it new. Thanks for amazing service!

Great Customer Service. Staff was very friendly and great communicating status of repairs. They took care of all the Insurance Company stuff and even worked closely with the car rental company to allow me to leave my rental with them. Vehicle was repaired in timely manner and no issues.

After backing into our grandson's BB goalpost with our LexusRH 450, I needed good repair shop. I reviewed the internet for the best/reputable collusion co and found Gerber as the highest rated. The customer service at the Malachite Dr, in Murfreesboro was top notch. They kept me up to date with text & even completed the job early. They worked diligently with my insurance company. Note to all: they do not use aftermarket parts. Their workmanship body and painting job were superior. With my car being bright Red with extra paint & clear coats it could have been extremely difficult to match, but these associates matched the color exactly and you will never know where the damage was done. I can't say enough positive words about my experience with Gerber and I would recommend them to anyone no matter the make of their car. My hats off ... to them all! read more
