Please do not use my full name for the client review. I just wanted to comment on how wonderful Heather made this experience. I was not happy to find my vehicle needing work done to it after I walked outside and found it damaged and I was crabby. She was nothing but exceptional to work with and made it quick and easy. Ask for Heather she's amazing and will help you through a difficult situation with a calm attitude and delightful demeanor! Great paint/ body work as well!

I was so impressed with the service at this shop. The estimator Keith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the office staff was also helpful and friendly. I also appreciate the pickup/dropoff service with Enterprise, which made the whole experience relatively painless. I hope I never need another repair, but if I do I'll be back.

Quality workmanship! My car looks great! I've used Gerber in the past and have always been happy with the results and the level of service. This time the service was exceptional, thanks to BriAnna. She was responsive, kept me informed, and followed through as promised. Because of her professionalism and attitude, I felt comfortable asking her about fixing other things while my car was there for the insurance work. She didn't hesitate to work with me on the private pay items and took care of everything. She finished ahead of time and made me feel like she was glad I chose Gerber. My car was repaired to perfection with quick turnaround. But my praise really falls to Briana working in the office. I struggled with communication with the insurance company of the person that hit me. By the time I got to Gerber after months of driving my damaged vehicle, I was frustrated. Briana took immediate action and went above and beyond to help me. She had to fight to communicate with the insurance company as well, and she did so happily and always kept me in the loop. It was my first time in an accident, and Briana made sure to explain everything clearly to me and be patient as I asked questions. There is no better customer service. I will 100 percent recommend all of my friends and family to Gerber on Indian Park.
