The personnel in the office were Fantastic. The front desk lady was awesome, but Jim was exceptional! He took the time to assist with the vehicle and even ultimately saved us money where others possibly try to take advantage.

A trim piece fell off our Nissan and we couldn't find the anchors to fix it...only people who could fix it or sell us a new trim piece for hundreds of dollars. We stopped into Gerber for some advice. Caitliin T overhead our conversation at the front desk and offered to take a look. She brought us the anchors we needed and our problem was solved. Why would we go anywhere else when we have found good old fashioned customer service from people who care about people. Caitlin, thank you! We will be back!
