We worked with Scott and Tim on my son's 2004 Toy Tacoma. In a few words I can say that we were treated like family, and so was my son's truck. I am so impressed with the product and service that Scott provided. He is positively an all star. We also met his technician Tim. Another gem employee. The work that was done on the 2004 was so far above and beyond the necessary work that it needs to be recognized in some formal way. I just don't know how to do that. I am in my 60's and this very well may be the best customer service I have ever received. So impressive. 5 Stars+ ... Thank you so much Scott and Tim.

Great service. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They also returned my calls in a timely manner. The car was done within a day and looked brand new. If I ever need (hopefully I won't!) an auto body shop again I will choose Gerber.
