I went in there with a small problem, damaged fuel door on my wife's 2007 Hyuhdai. Alberto B. my estimator, treated me like I was driving a Mercedes Benz. I thought no one would be that interested in such a small problem on an old car like mine. Alberto made me feel like I meant something to him. I was really surprised how well he treated me. He was extremely professional and made me feel like I was talking to a friend about my problem. Made it sound like he was glad I came in. Also told me he would take care of it with little or no down time. When all was said and done, I brought the car in on an appointment, he had the part painted and installed it in about 15 minutes. This was not my first experience with Gerbers, , 2 other times and every time it was a pleasure. Alberto made me feel special, even tho my job was so minor. Great Guy, ... Great company. My car caused an accident. Front left side was quite injured! Took it to Gerber. They explained everything that they would be doing in a calm sincere way, since I was quite upset.. They told me exactly how long it would take to fix the car, and a couple of days later called with what had to be done.. They kept me informed on how it was going and gave me a lead time of when it would be done. They had a rental car right there for me. When I picked up the car it looks so great, and everything they did was explained to me, as well as in the paper work for me to take home. I have some scrapes on my car and I would like Gerber to do that work in the future.. Really trust them to do excellent work..

I am extremely impressed with the service I received. My vehicle was involved in a hit and run and I went directly to Gerber. I met with Kyle, a Gerber estimator, and he went to work! Shortly thereafter I set up an appointment, brought my vehicle back in for repair and then received a message the work was completed a head of schedule. My overall experience was excellent and everyone was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Gerber for all repairs! Thank you for the great service!

Alberto was GREAT in helping me get my OEM car cover for my automobile... I take care of my car & have kept it in great working order for more than 13 years... Alberto was able to get my cover within a couple of days... Plus, Gerber did GREAT work repairing my car back in 10/31/11, when it was hit... I will "ALWAYS" go to Gerber for my auto body work...

The sliding door on my Toyota Sienna was jammed shut. Another auto shop estimated an expensive repair might be necessary to fix the problem. The mechanic at Gerber had the door open and fixed in 5 minutes. I was extremely impressed!
