After a road trip I couldn't open the back door of my 2006 RAV4. There is no visible inside release. Alex offered to have his staff attempt to remove the inside door cover to diagnose the problem. Fortunately they were successful and discovered a small piece of plastic that was blocking the lock release. What might have been a $500 door replacement was instead a 15-minute fix. Honesty, integrity and problem solving is hard to find these days. Alex C. is exceptional in providing that kind of customer service. It's a pleasure to give Alex and his business 5 Stars and to refer him.

They did a beautiful job, respected me and were very helpful with the rental car as well. I was kept well informed and the car was washed as well when I picked it up. I couldn't have asked for better service!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I walked in the front door and Dave S the General Manager was there and visited with me. Even though he was extremely busy Dave took the time to explain all the details about my vehicle and the repair process. Later I found out that it was his anniversary, but he still treated me like I was the most important person at the time. He patiently listened while I explained that I bought the truck 3 weeks ago, it was 15 years old with 39K miles and still looked brand new. Now my insurance company wants to total my "new" truck. I'm kind of high maintenance and have a lot of questions. Even after our original meeting I emailed Dave with several questions, he responded very quickly to every email. I am so impressed with this company this location. The people at the front are absolutely professional, the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. ( And I am in customer service) From the first day until the last they were so nice and professional, from the gentleman that drove me to the rental car place, to the gentleman who took the pictures, to the young lady at the front desk. Absolutely so happy with the service, work and customer service. I would absolutely recommend this location and business. 10's all across the board. Word's can't express the happiness. 1. Jasmine is the 'face' for Gerber at this location. Polite, keeps eye contact, answers questions, sensitive to customer stress. 2. Alex did the estimate, quiet calm, answered questions. overall good customer information over the phone, polite and not rushed dispite the lateness of the hour on a Friday. 3. responses re:rental, time of pick up, etc. quick and efficient and polite please do not ask for eval on cell phone, the phone is very old and gets blown away. regards

My name is Nyi N., I went there to get repair done for my Toyota Corolla 2013. I got a new front bumper and i was going to rate 4 stars because I drove a couple days after I picked up my car and the fender liner was loose and poped out when I was driving on freeway. So I went back to the shop and get it fixed for free. Sean was very nice and professional. I supposed to picked up my car in 4 days but he emailed me saying "sorry, the part that we ordered is alittle Delay". So he extended my rental for a week. I like when people are nice. 5 starts

After my experience here with Sean and the rest of the amazing team I would not even consider going to another shop again. They have my business as long as I live anywhere close to this area. Could not have had a better experience with this team. I thought going in that since it was through the insurance it might not be the best, but I was wrong, They are FANTASTIC! I also had a very tough paint to match and it looks flawless.

Friendly people, great job, even came in on a day they were supposed to be closed (Sat before Labor Day) to finish my car before the weekend. The only reason it took quite some time was the Insurance Company, would go back to them anytime

I took my car in a few days ago to get my bumper fixed from an accident that was not my fault. It was an inconvenience but not a big deal and Gerber really made my experience a very positive one. Everyone I talked with (nice woman at the front desk, Adrian (sp?), and the man who drove me home) were all extremely nice and professional. I appreciated the daily text messages regarding how my car was coming along. I also appreciated you guys cleaning the inside and outside of my car, I did not expect that and I was happily surprised. I take my pride in my car and appreciated that you guys treated it with respect. I just wanted to let you know that you guys are going above and beyond and I will definitely recommend you to my friends and coworkers. Every part of the experience was top notch. Service was great I came in on a Saturday and they were able to help me out by taking pictures to prepare an estimate. During the repair period I was regularly updated on the status of my vehicle and Jasmine was extremely nice/helpful. I would definitely recommend this location. Not only does my car look brand new, but it was returned washed with the wheels polished. Keep up the great service!
