Young lady at counter seemed new but hey- we all need training, right? Stephanie was awesome! Service was easy, good and my car was sparking when they pulled it around to the front after repairs. What a nice added touch. The guy who drove it around even apologized for my 10 minute wait by saying "I just wanted to spend a little more time on the interior so it was really clean for you". WOW!

My experience with Gerber was the kind of experience most people only hope for but few ever attain. It wasn't just a "relationship." Relationships can be adversarial as well as amicable. No. This was a mutually beneficial business partnership. Yes, I was their customer, but to me they were a trusted advisor and ally, especially in representing my interests to the (somewhat demanding) opposing driver, his (somewhat non-cooperative) insurance company, as well as the (sometimes overworked and "harried") vehicle rental organization. As you might expect, there were serious delays in getting the vehicle completed.
