EXCELLENT service/repair. Damage from a rear-end accident brought me to Gerber for an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for repair. They were able to get my car in earlier than scheduled and the repair was done earlier than estimated. VERY happy with the results, will use again if I need car repairs. Their courteous and efficient staff, kept me updated on the progress of my repair. Their professionalism makes it easy to recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service/repair.

We opened a catastrophe drive-in at this Gerber location and Rhett, Matt, Kyle, Mark, CJ and Kristi were absolutely the best. They accommodated us every step of the way!!! This is truly a first class operation and I would like to say a big thanks to all the employees!!!

Just wanted to post a note after this repair. Ferber also took care of my auto collision repair last year. This year they fixed my wife's Toyota. With both repairs the service was fast and professional. Timely updates were provided. The work was beautifully done. At the office the staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you all!

Everything about my experience at Gerber was perfect. The estimate was fair, the staff was friendly, and the work was SUPERIOR!! I appreciated the multiple updates I received on my vehicle especially since I was out of the country while my car was being repaired. The staff worked with me in any way that I needed. I hopefully will not need to use Gerber again, but if I do, I will gladly return!

Matt S. was our service representative. Repairs were extensive and took over a month. Matt made sure to call us numerous times to update us on the status of our repair. We never had to wonder if the work was progressing or when we would have the car back. Great customer service!

Exceptional in all regards. I own a 1993 Honda Accord that didn't have replacement parts for a dented front windshield frame (along with a smashed windshield. thanks to a big tree limb falling on the car). These guys/gals were able to work with what they had to restore this going on 24 year old car back to looking like new. Every individual at the service was professional, friendly, and concerned about getting my car back to tip-top shape. Will always use them for auto body repair from this point on. No reason to go anywhere else. Love them.

This was a WOW experience! We had a minor accident, but the vehicle wasn't drivable or risk damaging a tire (no one was injured thankfully). Within 30 minutes (or less) of being towed to Gerber, I received a text message with a link to information about my vehicle, along with an estimated time I could expect it to be ready. By the next day, the estimate information was populated and each following day, I received a text message with status information stating they were still on track with the estimated pick up day. On about day 4, in addition to the text status, I received a personal phone call. My vehicle was ready when they said and you can't tell there was any repair (and I have a discriminating eye). In January, my vehicle was damaged by a tree in my apartment complex. As a new resident to FL, I was quite distraught when this occurred; however my insurance company set me up with Gerber and they were exceptional! My car was towed to Gerber within 24 hours. Gerber kept me incredibly informed throughout the entire process and even stayed open late for me to pick-up my vehicle. My vehicle had over $15,000 worth of damage & still rides like new (because of Gerber). I really appreciated them cleaning it as well!
