if I could leave 10 stars, I definitely would. I went to the state Road 16 location Miss Robin was the most delightful lady I've ever met in a long time, especially while dealing with accident repairs that weren't my fault. I was kept up-to-date by text. My rental car was there when I arrived to drop my car off. The ease of everything was so simple for me Erik contacting another auto repair place, which never called me back at all.. The repairs were done meticulously my car looked brand new. I couldn't be happier, so thank you to all who worked on it. You did an incredible job job. The timing was much shorter than I thought would be, and you kept me up-to-date every step of the way.. I'd highly recommend Gerber someone recommended them to me and I'm sorry I did not go there first but I'm so glad I did wind up there. I brought my car in to have the rear wing repainted. They had the car for two days and when I picked it up it was fabulous. The paint was matched perfectly to the remainder of the car and the car is 9 years old. I am very pleased with the shop and the job done.

If I could, I would give more than five stars. I was informed about my car's status and dealt with me being a little anxious with the emails. They did a fantastic job and my looks brand new even if it's a 2017. I would highly recommend.

would rate them a ten if I could, had over $14.000 in damages, took a month by the time they received factory parts , but they kept me informed every day to the status and estimated date of completion, I did not have to call to find out anything.

My truck driver door and lock would not work.. Could not unlock it or open it from outside or inside or with a key fob. I had to get in/out through the passenger side by crawling over the center console. Pretty tough for a 72 year old. Called Pop a Lock they couldn't help. Looked for a slim jim tool and couldn't find one. I drove by Gerber Collision and Glass on SR 16 in St. Augustine and thought, they would know how to get this open. I turned around at 11:50AM and drove up to their door. The hours on the front door said Saturday 7-12. It was my lucky day because I met Ollie who was trying to finish up something on the computer. I gave him my song and dance and he said, "let me see what I can do". This guy stayed 30 minutes past closing time from a long week and got me back into my truck. Never felt so good opening the driver ... door. If you've got a busted up car or need some glass you need to give these folks a shot. My wife has been there twice with excellent results, but nobody knew that when I took my truck in. Ollie wouldn't take any thing for the help or the overtime. Thanks Ollie. I took some donuts by there today cause it made me feel good. read more

The entire process was flawless. No one hopes to have to have their car in the shop for body work, but Gerber on SR 16 made it all very easy. Robin did a great with scheduling and paper work. Ali was very thorough in explaining the damage, the process and timeline. Our car was returned in excellent condition, wash, vacuumed and a day earlier than promised. Overall a very good experience!! Am a USAA policy holdèr but RROGRESSIVE covered my damaged bumper repair when vehicle was hit while parked.This was 2nd experience with Gerber SR16 location in 90 days with situations where I was not at fault. Both Progressive (Richard in St Augustine and the agent in Ohio) and Dan & Robin at Gerber were terrific with their follow up & updates. Kudos to both groups.

Gerber Collision is the best! Mr. Robert kept me informed and involved every step of the way. The repair was perfect! My experience was outstanding. Should I need collision repair again, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
