Am a USAA policy holdèr but RROGRESSIVE covered my damaged bumper repair when vehicle was hit while parked.This was 2nd experience with Gerber SR16 location in 90 days with situations where I was not at fault. Both Progressive (Richard in St Augustine and the agent in Ohio) and Dan & Robin at Gerber were terrific with their follow up & updates. Kudos to both groups.

I would highly recommend this repair location. We had a Lexus RX repaired in the rear driver-side fender and they did an excellent job of repairing the damage and repainting the necessary areas. They then painted slightly outside the area to better blend the new paint with the original paint. Excellent job!

I was very pleased with the work of Gerber Collision. They communicated more than I would have expected on the repair of my vehicle and had it ready when stated. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected surgery and they gave me additional time to get the vehicle. When I continued to have a problem picking up the car due to complications, they brought it home to me. Now that's fabulous customer service!!

I had a flat tire and Gerber was the first place I could pull off the road. When Patrick saw me loosening the lug nuts he came over and changed the tire for me. I told him my husband was on the way but he changed the tire anyway. He showed concern for my well being by telling me to get my tire fixed soon because the spare was not met to be use except for short distances. If I ever need the services provided be Gerber Collision & Glass they will be my first choice because of the kindness shown by Patrick.
