Randy B did a fantastic job on our Kia Optima. The bumper looks beautiful. He really did an amazing job! We know we can trust his work and know it is a job done well. The car was ready faster then we expected. This is our second experience with Randy and we felt very comfortable knowing he would be taking care of our new car. We were so happy to know he would be taking care of us again.

Ken T. and the repair team at Gerber in Spokane did a great job on repairing my car after a traumatic accident. We were updated regularly as the work progressed via a text and it helped reassure me that the work would be done on time. The staff was professional but also very friendly, putting my mind at ease and answering all of my questions about the repairs. The amount of time that my car (2008 Chrysler 300C) was in the shop was perfect and when I picked it up I was amazed at the quality of work which is very important to me as I am a car enthusiast and love my car. I believe it looked better than it ever has! All around a very good experience and I will highly recommend Gerber to anyone that wants quality work and knowledgeable and friendly staff.
