Ken and the folks at Gerber did a fantastic job taking care of us. There ended up being several more repairs than initially estimated, but they took care of contacting our insurance and making all the arrangements necessary. From start to finish the communication was excellent. I was kept informed almost daily via text on the progress. They dealt direct with the insurance company. All I had to do was drop off my vehicle at the appointed time and pick it up when it was ready. I would definitely use them again if needed.
