They did an excellent job on cleaning and repainting my bumper. I had three other scratches that was not was not in the damaged area that was not covered by insurance, so when I dropped my car off for the repair I asked them how much would it cost me, out of pocket to take care of theses while they had the the bumper off my car. He said, lets go and take a look at it. I showed him the areas and he said, I tell them to cleanup the entire bumper and they did. Two off the scratches was about the size of a dime and fairly deep. Well I can't even tell that I ever had those deep scratches, it came out nice and smooth. It looks like a brand new bumper.

Firstly, the professionalism of the gentlemen who helped me during my insurance claim and body repair, Jeff T. is bar none. His Clean cut appearance, his professional, at ease, positive attitude, and most importantly, his aggression in handling the details within my claim specifically? Is what made this particular interaction with Gerber Collision my absolute best yet. I've had bodywork done 4 times now by Gerber collision, 2 of the 3 times previous were fixing jacked up work that other body shops did on my insurance claims. Ever since then ive learned to always just "Go with Gerber" However, Realistically, beyond Jeff T. absolute professionalism, The work, My car? my bumper? Never have i seen a bumper match back up so well, in all the time ive seen newer body work done... these lines are smooth and matched. and to top it off, ... the bumper was COMPLETELY painted, not partial, not half primary/accented like most lazy body tech's do. but PERFECT All in all, i wish i could go to Gerber for just any paint/body work. I tried out Gerber Collision and Glass for the first time last week and was skeptical because of past horror stories with different repair shops in Spokane. Jeff T. and his crew took wonderful care of me and my car. Not only did they repair my vehicle in less time than they originally quoted, but they did so under budget, saving me money. In the end, I am very satisfied with my service at Gerber. They seemed to have done a great job and kept me well updated along the way. My biggest frustration was how long it took for the process to start. My car was un-driveable so the tow-truck dropped it on Gerber's lot at about 9am on a Monday morning, and I wasn't contacted or given a quote until Wednesday afternoon. Had I been able to move my car, I would have taken it somewhere else. That being said, once the process finally started moving, there were no problems at all and Jeff was very friendly and helpful.
