Mathew Hershberger was very friendly and courteous. He quickly assessed my Van and gave me a description of my problem and the appropriate fixes he would make. He e-miled me my estimate and always kept me up to date about my fix. Dina at the front desk was also very friendly and courteous which made my whole experience with Gerber great. You have exceptional staff at Gerber.

When I brought the car in they were very careful to inspect and than they gave me an estimate within two days (vehicle was towed) and they worked on the car dilingently eventhough they had problems getting parts from volvo. Overall David was very helpful kept me inform of the progress on a daily bases. This is not the first time i"ve used Gerber services and I would recommed to anyone whis car requires body work. Thank you
