The entire staff at Gerber was very helpful in what was a very diffcult time. Yesenia made the intial intake process seamless and David kept us informed in every step of the way about the status of our vehicle. I got my car back a few days before the traget delivery date which was expcetional service for me. I would definetely use Gerber again based on the customer service.

Couldn't be happier with the service and work done on my car. Even if I got slapped across the face repeatedly, side to side, with a damn happy stuick that shot out sparks and sprinkles, wouldn't make me as happy as Gerber Auto in Skokie did with the service and work done to my car. Not only did they continue to stay in contact with me, but I also recieved my car back 12 days proir to their initial estimate.
