These days it isn’t that unusual to come away from a transaction or interaction with a company feeling like it was less then what it should have been. I just want to say thank you to both of you as your knowledge, courtesy and professionalism helped a great deal…..it’s nice to know there are still people who care enough about their jobs to do them the right way…….now, with what feels like a lot of irony, I hope I don’t have to deal with either of you again for some time to come. Gerber estimated repair time approx. 1 hr so I decided to wait in lobby. True to estimator's word, work was completed in approx. 45 min. New outside mirror works just fine and loved the car wash!

We all know how bad car accidents are but Gerber really does make them better in so many ways. First they pick up the car for you so you don't have to make any extra phone calls. Second, they keep both you and the insurance company informad on the damages, time it will take to fix, and how much it will cost. Third, they call every few days to keep you up to date. Forth, they offer to take care of returning the rental for you. Fifth, they go that extra mile...if something needs fixing while they are working on your car, they do it at no cost to you. (they fixed my left turn signal) All of these things helped me to relax. My car looks great and drives great. Thanks Gerber.

Receptionist "Jennifer" was courteous and very helpful in the ministration. She even helped us secure a rent=a-car thru your coupon advertisement. Car in 12/13 and out 12/15/2010. I was a little hesitant about having our car repaired by a company selected by my insurance company thinking the insurance company would select someone who would do cheap work and the minimal amount of work to save the insurance company money. So I got an estimate from another body repair shop first. They told me things to watch for...shortcuts the insurance company's repair shop might overlook or try to do skimp on. I was pleased that Gerber identified the same parts for repair in their estimate, right down to some minor things. So I had Gerber do the work.
