I wanted to purchase a car from a private party and your Schaumburg team inspected the car for me at no charge. I was really impressed by the engagement of the everyone with whom I interacted. Even though my request was outside the normal course of Gerber's business, it was no problem and I did not feel like I was imposing. Based on their quality inspection and feedback, I was able to make a very successful deal for the car. If I ever need actual repair done...no shopping around, you have my business.
